Cetaphil made my face BURN it caused more acne. I don’t like it at all.

The ingredients include 3 different parabens (known to cause endocrine disruption and linked to breast cancer), propylene glycol (increases chemical penetration into your skin and bloodstream) and sodium lauryl sulfate (known to cause skin irritation). Additionally, ethylene oxide is often added to sodium lauryl sulfate in order to make the chemical less irritating to skin and hair. This process creates a byproduct called 1,4-dioxane, a known carcinogen. Exposure can be toxic to the brain, liver and kidneys.

I have a question can you still use this on dry skin because whenever I go to my grandmas house every time I just went outside and come back in I have to wash my face with the cetaphil daily facial cleanser but I have dry skin?😂
